    Includes Initial Consultation, 4 follow ups, 20 minutes each (every 2 weeks).

  • One Time (Initial) Consultation: $99.00

    Includes meal plans, grocery list, body composition, RMR, 1-day dietary analysis. Total time approximately 45 mintues.

  • Dietary Analysis: $49.00

    Includes analysis of food diary, printing reports, and reviewing with client. Total time approximately 45 minutes.

  • Follow Ups: $40.00

    Includes body composition RMR, adjustments to meal plan.

  • Custom Exercise Programmes: $40.00

    Exercise programmes individually tailored to your goals in an easy to follow format using a picture based programme, can be emailed as PDF.
